Condition of the Property
It’s deeply disheartening to witness the condition of the property. In addition to six domiciles—nearly all dilapidated, badly damaged and hardly fit for human habitation, we encountered countless piles of discarded trash.
Unfortunately, these unwelcome surprises continue. While some of these conditions we encountered shortly after purchasing the property, more are discovered each day. This month (May) we uncovered more buried trash--tires, pipes, even telephone poles.
We also unearthed three boats, three motorcycles, scores of old tires and nearly 80 Dumpsters’ worth of refuse. As the videos below show, we found in April a pit of buried sheets of plastic that was at least eight feet deep, 300 feet wide and 200 feet across.
